What we collect

When you submit a form (candidate application, hiring request, recruiter application, or partnership request), we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, city, role/experience details, and any optional fields like LinkedIn. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.

How we use it

To match candidates with hiring companies and respond to your request
To contact you about your application, hiring request, or partnership inquiry
To keep a record of submissions for our recruitment process

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the Recruitment Whales team. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of the hiring process you applied for.

Your rights

You can request that we delete your data at any time by emailing recruitmentwhales21625@gmail.com.
